Front desk personel so friendly. Rooms clean, very comfortable. Don't care for the late breakfast start time. When traveling I like an early start. That means I like to sit and relax before the start of the day.
What a great value! Rooms are clean and really nicely setup. Staff was so friendly, and very helpful. Breakfast was included and was more than adequate. Healthy choices (and fun ones like sausage and waffles). On the loop, so you can avoid the city if you want.
Marcela, did a amazing job finding use a room that worked for our family. We arrived late on a Friday night after home2suites over booked and didn't have the room we reserved. The room was clean and the staff is very professional.
Rooms and beds were normal. Pets are allowed at the hotel and I noticed the room had a very faint smell of animals, although I am highly sensitive to these things. Front desk associates were very pleasant and Squire was very personable with lots of stories.
Had the pleasure of staying at this location long term this summer. The staff is so wonderful and friendly to a fault! Helpful with every question and always ready with all kinds of local lore and happenings. Don't get me on those fresh baked cookies now! Love the ample free parking and the convenience of everything SO CLOSE BY! Pool is a wonderful time when you manage to get it to yourself! Laundry facilities are reliable and well maintained. Lots of space outdoors to spread out for activities! Loved how close to food and other comforts this location is. Did notice over the period of stay the hall way picked up a strong cigarette smoke smell.
This is about our third time staying at this hotel!!! It’s really the customer service that puts it over the top. Glynn the manager does a great job and his staff is amazing. Our last stay this weekend they provided a specific request that I thought they couldn’t handle….. no problem…. And with grace!! Great people! Shout out to night shift specifically. Fantastic experience!!
Good quality 4 star hotel. Room is clean, bathroom is clean and comfortable. Bedsheets are snow white, bed is very comfortable. Breakfast was included in the price, although choice of food is very limited.
I liked the service it was so good,the people were kind,the place was very calming,the food there was also really good l loved it there the shower was very fancy,and l liked the view of the outside l love it I do reccomed to come to it it's really good!
